5 Sanding

Sanding is performed by robotic arms.
Products are identical and controlled quality.
Sanding process is monitored by sensors;
All its track taken is viewed by an inspector.

6 Polishing

Performed by experienced workers.
Every corner is fully attended
Inspection of all workpieces is performed to ensure they are flawless.

7 Acid Pickling

All prototypes after pickling are free of oxide-layer, grease and burr.
Pickling pool is monitored by sensors;
The concentration is measured for each use.

8 Lacquering

Done in confined vacuum environment;
Done by fully automated process;
Products are fully and evenly colored.
Fully automatic time interval of immersion;
Fully automatic and controlled voltage;
Ensure identical between different products.
