Description

Designed for large, high‑traffic doors, this concealed bottom pivot with integrated floor spring combines a steel main body with a 304 stainless finish and a forged bearing‑steel camshaft. Two regulating valves independently tune mid‑range and final closing speeds, while a defined latching feel secures the last few degrees. A 90° hold‑open supports hands‑free operation; maximum opening is 125°. The offset‑axis geometry and 2D adjustable base (radial + axial) speed up on‑site alignment, making it ideal for thick, heavy leaves.
Two capacity options cover oversized doors: up to 200 kg with reach to 1400 mm (axis to far edge) or up to 300 kg with reach to 1600 mm, with EN6/EN7 closing torque respectively. An optional heavy‑duty adjustable top pivot and upper seat complete a robust framed‑door assembly.
