Description

Designed for demanding commercial entrances, this concealed bottom pivot with integrated floor spring pairs a steel main body and 304 stainless finish with a forged bearing‑steel camshaft for long‑lasting, stable torque. Two regulating valves independently tune mid‑range and final closing speeds (70°→25° and 25°→0°), while the 85°→70° zone is fixed to maintain predictable sweep. Assisted hold positions at 90° and 270° simplify loading and circulation, and the mechanism allows a full 360° maximum opening for true double‑acting use.

A 2D adjustable base (radial + axial) accelerates on‑site leveling and centering. The center‑pivot layout is optimized for thick, heavy wood or metal doors with minimum 60 mm thickness. Two configurations cover oversized leaves: up to 300 kg with reach to 1200 mm (axis to far edge) at EN5 closing torque, or up to 400 kg with reach to 1350 mm at EN6. An optional heavy‑duty adjustable top pivot/upper seat (304 stainless, 15 mm shaft) completes a robust framed‑door assembly.
