Built for high‑traffic entrances, this concealed bottom pivot with integrated floor spring combines a hardened steel body with a precise cam mechanism for smooth, quiet, and secure closing. It provides a 90° hold‑open for hands‑free use and three controlled closing segments: 85°→70° fixed, 70°→25° adjustable, and 25°→0° adjustable via two independent valves. The offset pivot geometry and 2D adjustable floor plate (radial + axial) simplify on‑site leveling and centering. Designed for double‑acting wood or metal doors with minimum 40 mm thickness and door depth ≥34 mm. Maximum opening angle is 125°. By size option, it supports doors up to 100 kg (≤1000 mm pivot‑to‑edge) or 60 kg (≤800 mm). Endurance‑tested to 500,000 cycles, with EN3/EN4 closing force by spec, and an optional adjustable top pivot + ceiling plate for a complete system.
