Engineered for multi‑direction entrances, this concealed bottom pivot with integrated floor spring uses a hardened 45# steel body and a precision cam to deliver quiet, secure closing with low opening force. It supports four assisted hold positions at 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270°, enabling true 360° operation for double‑acting wood or metal doors. Closing speed is divided into three zones—85°→70° fixed, 70°→25° adjustable, and 25°→0° adjustable—via two independent valves for smooth sweep and a defined final latch.

A 2D adjustable base (radial + axial) simplifies leveling and centering, while the center‑pivot layout suits thin frames. Minimum door thickness is 38 mm and door depth ≥34 mm. Two capacity options are available: up to 150 kg with reach ≤1000 mm (axis to far edge) at EN4, or up to 200 kg with reach ≤1100 mm at EN5. The unit is endurance‑tested to 200,000 cycles. An optional adjustable top pivot and ceiling plate in 304 stainless steel (Ø12 mm pin) completes a robust framed‑door assembly.
