Description

Purpose‑built for multi‑direction traffic, this concealed bottom pivot with integrated floor spring uses a hardened 45# steel body and a precision cam to deliver quiet, secure closing. It features four assisted hold positions at 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270°, plus a full 360° maximum opening for true double‑acting use. Closing is split into three zones: 85°→70° fixed, 70°→25° adjustable, and 25°→0° adjustable via two independent valves, giving reliable sweep and crisp latching.

A 2D adjustable base (radial + axial) simplifies leveling and centering, while the center‑pivot geometry suits ultra‑thin frames. Designed for wood or metal doors with minimum 38 mm thickness and door depth ≥34 mm. Two capacity options cover common sizes: up to 60 kg with reach ≤650 mm (axis to far edge) at EN2, or up to 100 kg with reach ≤800 mm at EN3. Endurance‑tested to 200,000 cycles. An optional adjustable top pivot and ceiling plate in 304 stainless steel (Ø12 mm pin) completes a 360° rotating framed‑door system.
