The outside of the door is the security line. A keyed lever trim controls entry and zone locking, protecting privacy and assets. The standard set includes a lock cylinder lever handle that supports multi-level key systems — solid, durable and built for high-frequency hotel service.
Interior Side · Egress
The inside of the door is the life passage. A push-bar panic device gives one-motion, barrier-free opening under emergency pressure — fully compliant with fire safety and accessibility codes. Anyone can open the door instantly, with no keys and no twisting motion required.
Access Control · Optional
An optional add-on module, not pre-installed by default. It can be deeply customized and integrated per project — connecting card readers, keypads, fingerprint or facial recognition systems to the electrified exit device series for managed hotel corridors and staff areas.
Material & Finish
The main structure is made of stainless steel 304 or anti-rust zinc alloy, with excellent corrosion and wear resistance. A fine brushed surface presents a restrained metallic texture that blends naturally into modern hotel and commercial interiors.

The AKADA exterior lever trim is the standard outside trim of the escape door system, engineered for durability and high-frequency daily use. It fits 38–55 mm door thickness and is certified to EN 1634 fire rating. The anti-rust finish resists yellowing, corrosion and wear — keeping a clean architectural look on single- and double-leaf escape doors.
Ball Bearing Hinge
AKADA ULBH hinges are precision machined from stainless steel for heavy-duty, high-frequency escape doors. Ball bearings (2BB / 4BB) minimize friction and wear for smooth, year-after-year operation, while the optional NRP (non-removable pin) version protects the inactive leaf of double doors from lift-off attacks. UL Listed (File No. R41192) with a 3-hour fire rating — one hinge series covers every leaf.

KD-F3000 / 3100 / 3200 with 1- or 2-point locking for standard doors; KD-F3700 narrow-stile touch bar — UL listed, ANSI Grade 1, modular design with up to 4 lock points.One hand, one motion — the door opens instantly under panic pressure, no keys, no twisting. KD-F2100 / 2200 / 2500 — EN 1125 & CE certified; narrow-stile KD-F2516 concealed type; KD-F3600 heavy duty reaching ANSI Grade 1 for high-frequency venues.Standalone alarm (110 dB, battery powered), online alarm, Electric Latch Retraction (ELR) and Motorized Latch Retraction (MLR) modules on the KD-F3600-A series — connecting the escape door to hotel security systems without blocking free egress.
Door Closer
AKADA overhead door closers ensure every escape door closes in a controlled, silent way — protecting the fire seal between compartments and preventing slam damage. Standard models suit 40–65 kg leaves up to 950 mm wide; heavy-duty versions cover larger doors. Dust-Proof Socket
DS3876 SS / DS3802 SS / YB-038 SN — installed at the threshold, it keeps dust and moisture away from the lower locking point, ensuring reliable latching of the inactive leaf in any environment.
Flush Bolts (Top & Bottom)
YB-034 / YB-063 / YB-037 / YB-069 stainless steel bolts lock the inactive leaf vertically, strengthening sealing and impact resistance on heavy double doors.
